I know I said that I will publish something about the content of the conferences... You can be sure it is great... But it takes a long time to reassemble my whole notes (on paper and mostly in French) into one single Open Document File...

Anyway I can talk a bot more of the evenings. During that part of the day, BOFs take place. It means small group of discussions on a precise matter.

Yesterday I decided to go to the 2 BOF that were dealing with OpenOffice.org... That was simply great. Of course the BOFs themselves but also the time that I spent with the 2 guys that were leading the BOF : Louis Suárez-Potts (the OpenOffice.org Community Manager) and Kai Ahrens (the Tech Architect Leader at Sun for OpenOffice.org), around drinks at the bar of the Plazza... That was really nice.

Tonight I decided (not a big suprise I think) to attend the Ubuntu BOF... It is really a shame that Mark "I went in the space" Shuttleworth could not attend it (he should still be here by tomorrow). The BOF was great (thanks to Denis) but the most thrilling stuff that happened was after : my meal. I went for a meal (Mussels of course) with Adrian Holovaty (from the Washington Post and Django), Simon Willison (from the Yahoo! Technology Development Group) and Nathan Torkington (the EuroOSCON chairman).... That was simply amazing !

I think that only in that kind of event we can met all these guys so easily...
